Terms of Use

For the VOIDRUN app and the pages of this site about it.Last updated: 26 August 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and P and A LLC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan and trading as Panda LLC, and govern your use of the VOIDRUN mobile application (the “App” — listed on the App Store as “VOIDRUN — Neon Rush”) and the pages of this website about it. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. What VOIDRUN is

VOIDRUN is an arcade game. You steer a ship through a procedurally generated tunnel with one finger, and your scores can appear on Game Center leaderboards if you choose to use Game Center. It is deliberately, honestly difficult; frustration is part of the product and not a defect.

2. Purchases are cosmetic, and say so

The App is free. It sells cosmetic ship skins and a Supporter Pack whose entire effect is an exclusive skin and a badge in the menu. One skin can only be earned by reaching a sector in play — it is not for sale at any price.

No purchase changes the speed, the score, the difficulty or the leaderboards, and we will not sell anything that does. Purchases are processed by Apple under your agreement with Apple; prices are shown before you buy. Refunds are issued by Apple through its own process — we cannot take or return your payment ourselves. All purchases are one-time and permanent, and can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple account via “Restore Purchases” in the hangar.

3. Game Center and fair play

Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Apple’s Game Center under Apple’s own terms; we operate no game servers. Scores are computed on your device. Where Apple’s tools allow it, we may ask for the removal of leaderboard entries that plainly result from tampering with the App — modified clients, memory editing, automation — because a table nobody can trust is worthless to everyone on it.

4. Online features

Game Center, iCloud sync and the App Clip depend on Apple’s infrastructure, not ours. The game itself plays entirely offline. Apple’s services may change, pause or end under Apple’s control; where an online feature becomes permanently unavailable, these Terms do not entitle you to compensation beyond what consumer law in your country provides.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its code, its procedural generators, its visual style and its synthesized music are ours. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play. You may record, stream and publish footage of your own play, monetised or not — attribution appreciated, not required. You may not resell the App, extract its assets for other products, or present a modified client as the real one.

6. No warranty

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and do not promise the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or takes away rights that consumer law gives you and does not let you give up.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version lives at this address with its date above. Material changes are noted in the App’s release notes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
