INFERRA
Deduce the hidden law
Every board obeys a hidden Law. The seals tell you how many rules your marking satisfied — never which — and from that single number you must reason your way to the truth. No tutorial, no hints, no answers to google.

Three screens from the trial

Three trials and a codex — the menu says everything the game will ever explain

Mark tiles, submit, and read the seals: one lit means one law obeyed — but never which

Solve it and the Law is finally spoken — then recorded in your Codex
Screens from the current build.
Induction, not deduction from a rulebook
INFERRA never tells you the rules — that is the puzzle. Each experiment costs a submission, each submission buys you one number, and the ranks reward those who need the fewest. Every board is procedurally forged and verified solvable, dense enough that a lazy guess never wins.
The seals are the whole interface
Every puzzle is governed by one to four secret rules. Submit a marking and the seals answer with a single number: how many rules it satisfied. Not which ones, not how close you were. Everything else is your own reasoning.
Twenty families of law
Counts and quotas, mirrors and chains, mandates that force tiles in and cages that box them together — twenty families of parameterized rules, combined and disguised. Each one you defeat is written into your Codex, in plain English, after the fact.
One daily trial for the whole world
The Daily Trial derives from the date itself, so every player on every platform faces the same hidden Law. One attempt counter, one clock, one worldwide leaderboard — your first solve stands, forever.
A Gauntlet nobody else can walk
The campaign is seeded to your device. Your level 30 is not anyone else’s level 30, which means no walkthrough, no wiki, no video guide will ever exist for it. The game is un-googleable by construction.
Everything is synthesized
There is no art folder and no audio folder. The boards, the icon, the sound effects and the ambient score — a seamless drone that hums a little differently every day — are all generated in code.
Ranks measure thought, not speed
Your rank depends only on how few submissions you needed — solve a Law on the very first try and the game names you ORACLE. Time is just the tiebreaker. Think for an hour; the game will wait.
Free daily, no ads — and never pay-to-win
The Daily Trial is free for everyone, always, and the game shows no advertising. One purchase — INFERRA Complete — unlocks the deeper Gauntlet, the hardest Endless tiers, the archive of past dailies and four bonus themes. It sells more puzzle, never more power: no hints, no extra submissions, nothing that touches the leaderboard. The two tip buttons in the settings do exactly nothing but say thanks.
