These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and P and A LLC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan and trading as Panda LLC, and govern your use of the Regares mobile application (the “App”) and the pages of this website about it. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The service
Regares provides astrological content: horoscopes by zodiac sign, natal charts, personal readings and one-time in-depth reports. Some of it is free; some requires a subscription or a one-time purchase.
2. For reflection, not advice
Astrological content is provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is generated automatically from astronomical data and is not medical, psychological, financial, legal or any other professional advice. Do not use it as the basis for decisions in those areas — if you need advice, consult someone qualified to give it. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
3. Who may use Regares
You must be at least 16 years old. By using the App you confirm that you are.
4. Your account
The App creates an anonymous account for you on first launch. You do not sign up, and you give us no name, email or password. Everything you save — birth details, charts, purchases — belongs to that account, and nothing in the App is withheld until you sign in.
Signing in is optional and is a link, not a second account. When you choose Sign in with Apple or a Google account, the account you have been using gains a way to be found again; nothing already saved in it moves or changes. You agree to keep access to that account secure.
Until you do, the anonymous account is the only thing that identifies you to us. If it is lost — for example because the App is removed from a device and cannot be recognised again — we cannot restore the birth details and readings saved in it, because we have no other way to tell that they were yours. Purchases are a separate matter: they belong to your Apple or Google account and can be restored from it (see section 6).
If you sign in to an account that already exists — one you created on another device — you arrive in that account, and what the guest account on this device held stays behind in it. The App says so before you confirm.
5. Your content, and other people’s data
You keep every right in the birth details you enter. Where the App lets you enter another person’s birth details — for a compatibility report, or their natal chart — you confirm that you have that person’s permission. Do not enter data about someone else without it.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
- All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. We never receive your payment card details.
- Premium is a subscription. It unlocks your personal horoscope and the full interpretation of your natal chart, and renews automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Where a free trial is offered, billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- One-time products — in-depth reports, another person’s natal chart — are a single payment and stay available in your account afterwards.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies; we cannot refund a card directly. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under consumer law.
- Use Restore Purchases in the Profile tab to recover purchases on a new device.
- Prices may change. A change never applies retroactively to something you have already bought.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App unlawfully, or to harm others;
- copy, resell or redistribute the App’s content commercially;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, or try to gain unauthorised access to the service or its APIs;
- interfere with the operation of the service.
8. Intellectual property
The App, this website, their design and the content we generate belong to P and A LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Regares available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. If we discontinue a paid feature you have bought, we will deal with it in accordance with applicable consumer law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, P and A LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make on the basis of astrological content — see section 2. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer where you live.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time in the Profile tab, or by following the data deletion page. We may suspend or end access that breaches these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — including 2, 8 and 10 — survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. If you are a consumer in the European Union, or in another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you keep the protections of the law where you live, and nothing here deprives you of them.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and material changes are announced in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
