This Privacy Policy explains how P and A LLC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan and trading as Panda LLC, handles your information when you use the Kidside mobile application (the “App”) and the pages of this website about it.

The short version
- Your parenting order is read on your device. It is not uploaded.
- Check-in locations never leave your phone, and are never shown to the other parent.
- There is no sign-up. The App works from first launch.
- We show no ads, sell nothing, and train nothing on what you record.
Two kinds of sensitive data, and how each is treated
Kidside holds two things that most apps do not: a court document about your family, and a record about children. Both are treated as the point of the product rather than as a by-product of it.
Your parenting order. It names your children, your address and, often, allegations. The App reads it on the device — the text layer of the PDF where there is one, the operating system’s own text recognition where the document is a scan — and keeps it in the App’s private storage. It is not sent to us, and the referee does not need it to be.
Data about your children. Names, ages, the schedule, and whatever you record about them. Your children are not users of the App; you enter this as their parent. We do not knowingly let anyone under 16 use Kidside, and we do not build profiles of children or use any of it for anything other than producing your calendar, your record and your reports.
What we collect
An account. The App creates an anonymous account so your record survives a lost phone. It holds no email address, no name and no password unless you choose to add one.
What you record. The schedule and any deviations from it, exchange check-ins and their times, incidents and diary entries with their photographs, expenses with their receipts, notes, and the messages you file from outside the App.
Purchase information. Subscriptions and the one-off report are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of the purchase and never your payment card details.
Technical data. Our infrastructure providers automatically record basic technical logs — IP address, device type, timestamps — needed to operate and secure the service.
Location
Optional, and off until you allow it. When you check in at an exchange, the coordinates are recorded on your device as part of that record.
Nothing outgoing may read them. They are not shared with the other parent, they are not in any message, and they are not in any request that leaves the App. They surface in one place only: a report you chose to export. This is a deliberate constraint in the code, not a setting.
What the referee sees
The referee answers from your own calendar and your own document, on the device. It performs arithmetic over the schedule or quotes a clause of your order back to you; it does not write prose and it has no model behind it that is given your document.
The messenger, where both parents are connected
If the other parent joins, the App gains a shared thread. What you should know about it:
- Messages are append-only. There is no edit and no delete, and each message carries a digest of the one before it, so an altered thread stops verifying.
- Delivery and read receipts are separate records, for the same reason.
- The outgoing tone filter works on your device: a hostile message is held for a cooling period and a neutral version is offered, built only by removing and softening your own words. Nothing is written for you, and it will never drop a sentence carrying a date, a time, a number or a question.
- The incoming calm view is the same in reverse: every line in it is a verbatim sentence of the message you received, selected rather than rewritten, with the original one tap away.
- The other parent sees your messages, your schedule proposals and your reimbursement requests. They do not see your journal, your incidents, your photographs or your check-in locations.

Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area and Kazakhstan. Where required, those transfers are protected by recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
The report you export
A report is a file you produce and you send — to a lawyer, to a court, to whoever you choose. Once it has left, what happens to it is between you and them; we are not a party to it and we do not send it for you. Its integrity digest lets a recipient check the file has not been edited since you made it. It says nothing about whether the records are true, and the report itself states that in those words.
How long we keep it
Your record is kept while your account exists — a record that expires is worthless in a matter that runs for years. You can delete an individual entry, and you can delete everything: see the data deletion page. Purchase records may be kept longer where accounting and tax law requires it. Technical logs are short-lived and rotate automatically.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR and the law of Kazakhstan — you have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Write to privacy@pandallc.dev. If you are in the EU or EEA you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are at risk
Kidside is used by people in unsafe situations. Two things follow from that, and both are design decisions rather than promises: your journal and your check-in locations are never visible to the other parent, and nothing you record is disclosed to them by us. Kidside is not an emergency service — if you or your children are in danger, contact the emergency services where you are.
Children
The App is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from anyone under 16.
This website
This site is static. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Fonts and every other asset are served from our own hosting. Our hosting provider may briefly log IP addresses as part of normal operation.
Changes
We may update this policy as the App changes. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and material changes are announced in the App.
