These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and P and A LLC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan and trading as Panda LLC, and govern your use of NULL VECTOR (the “App”) and the pages of this website about it. By using the App you agree to these Terms. If applicable law requires a parent or guardian’s permission for you to use the App, obtain that permission first.

1. What NULL VECTOR is
NULL VECTOR is an offline action game about precise movement and dashing through an exposed enemy core. One hit ends an attempt. The current development version includes six guardians, campaign progression, individual duels, a lesson, adjustable-speed practice, ABSOLUTE challenge courses, death review and local replay playback.
The App is in development. Features, balance, compatibility and availability may change. A release date has not been announced.
2. Accounts, purchases and connectivity
The current version requires no game account and contains no advertising, in-app purchases or subscriptions. Gameplay works offline. There is no online multiplayer, Game Center integration, online leaderboard or in-game cloud sync.
Downloading a build, using TestFlight, visiting this website or contacting support can require an internet connection and are subject to the relevant service’s terms. These Terms do not promise a particular price or business model for a future release.
3. Development builds and local progress
Development and beta builds may contain errors, stop working or lose saved progress. We do not promise that progress or replays will remain compatible between development versions, or that beta access will continue for any particular period.
If you receive the App through TestFlight, Apple’s TestFlight Terms of Service also apply, including its time limits and rules for beta use and feedback. Access to a test does not guarantee access to a later release.
Saves and replays are stored locally. A replay reconstructs game inputs; it is not a video recording. The App does not automatically send us a backup, and we provide no remote restore service. Operating-system backups are controlled separately by you and your backup provider. The Privacy Policy explains local storage, support, TestFlight and deletion.
4. License and intellectual property
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use an authorized copy of the App, subject to these Terms and any applicable distribution terms. The App’s code, name, visuals and sound remain the property of their respective rights holders; this license does not transfer ownership.
Do not resell or redistribute the App without permission, use its assets in another product without the necessary rights, or present a modified version as an official release. These restrictions do not limit uses that applicable law permits regardless of a contractual restriction. Use the App and support channels lawfully and do not interfere with their operation.
5. Availability and your statutory rights
To the extent permitted by law, the development App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device or controller, or a particular release date. Features and test access may change or end, subject to applicable law and any rights you already have.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or takes away mandatory consumer rights. This includes any applicable rights to remedies for a defective product or service. Statements about development status do not waive those rights.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the App develops. The current version is published here with its date. We will provide any notice or obtain any agreement required by applicable law; an update does not remove rights that have already arisen.
7. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. They do not restrict any right you have under applicable law to bring a claim before a competent court or authority.
