This Privacy Policy explains how P and A LLC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan and trading as Panda LLC, handles your information when you play the INFERRA mobile application (the “App”) and use the pages of this website about it.

The short version
- No sign-up and no account: the App creates a random anonymous identifier so your daily results can appear on the world leaderboard.
- What reaches our server when you solve a Daily Trial: your attempt count, solve time, solution pattern, platform (iOS or Android) — and, only if you set one, a display name you chose.
- No ads, no tracking, no advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics, nothing sold or shared with anyone.
- Purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment details.
What is processed, and by whom
Leaderboard data. When you solve the Daily Trial, the App uploads the result described above to Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication, servers in the United States), which acts as our processor. Everything is filed under the random anonymous identifier created on your device the first time the App goes online. Once submitted, a day’s result is immutable — that is a fairness rule of the game, not a data practice.
Display name. Entirely optional, chosen by you, shown publicly on the leaderboard next to your results, and filtered for offensive content both on your device and on the server. Choose something that is not your real name if you prefer privacy — the game neither knows nor asks who you are.
Purchases. The one-time unlock and the tips are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The stores process the payment and tell the App only that the purchase happened. We run no purchase server and receive no payment information.
Nothing else. The App requests no permissions, reads no contacts, collects no location, embeds no advertising or analytics SDKs, and this website sets no tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
Leaderboard entries persist so past daily boards remain meaningful. To delete your leaderboard entries, your display name and the anonymous account behind them, email privacy@pandallc.dev with your display name and the approximate dates you played, and we will remove them. Deleting the App from your device deletes all local progress immediately.
Children
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The only user-provided data is the optional display name, which is filtered and public by design.
Changes
If this policy changes, the current version will always live at this page, with the date above updated.
