Any of our apps

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?: Sign in to the same Apple or Google account you bought with, open the app, and use Restore Purchases in Settings or the Profile tab. Purchases are tied to the store account, not to the device.
How do I cancel a subscription?: Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by us. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments and subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, or it renews.
How do I get a refund?: Refunds are issued by Apple and Google, who took the payment — we cannot refund a card ourselves. On iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use the Play Store order history. If a refund is refused and you think it should not have been, write to us and we will help where we can.
I found a bug, or something is wrong in an app.: Write to us with the app name, your device and OS version, and what you did before it went wrong. A screenshot helps more than a description.
How do I delete my data?: See the data deletion page — it covers each app separately, and none of it requires you to have the app installed.

Regares

Do I need an account?: Not for the sign horoscopes or your own natal chart. Signing in matters when you want your chart on a second device, or when you buy something.
I do not know my exact time of birth.: Enter the closest you know. The chart wheel and the planets are still computed; the houses and the Ascendant are the parts that move with the time, so treat those with the same confidence as the time you entered.
A reading is in the wrong language.: Readings follow the app language, which follows the device by default. Change it in the Profile tab. Six languages are supported: English, Deutsch, Español, Italiano, Português, Français.

RentStamp

My landlord says the link does not open.: The link is long and breaks if it is retyped or truncated by a messaging app. Send it again by email, or from the app itself, and ask them to tap it rather than copy it.
Can I add photographs after I have sent the report?: No. That is deliberate: a report that can be edited after the landlord has seen it is worth nothing in a disagreement. Run a second inspection instead — it gets its own Report ID and its own timestamps.
I did not allow location. Is the report still useful?: Yes. Timestamps and hashes are recorded either way. Coordinates are one more line of corroboration, not the basis of the report.
What is the Report ID for?: It is printed on the report so anyone can check that a report with that ID and that hash manifest exists, without being able to open it. It is safe to read aloud or write in a letter — it exposes no address, no names and no photographs.

OwnStamp

The receipt was read wrong.: Edit any field on the item card; the correction sticks. Faded thermal paper and crumpled receipts are the usual cause — a flatter, better-lit photograph usually reads cleanly.
Can I add something without a receipt?: Yes. Add the item by hand and set the dates yourself. The receipt loop is the fast path, not a requirement.
A reminder never arrived.: Check that notifications are enabled for OwnStamp in your system settings. Reminders are scheduled on the device, so they also depend on the device being on and the app still installed.
Is Pro a subscription?: No. Pro is a single payment, per store account, and it stays unlocked.

Kidside

I qualify for the fee waiver. How do I ask?: Write to us and say so. We waive the fee for survivors of domestic abuse and for people receiving legal aid, and we do not ask for proof of what happened to you. Nothing you tell us in that email goes into your record in the app.
The app read my parenting order wrong.: Correct it on the calendar — what the parser produced is a starting point, not a lock. If a whole rotation came out wrong, tell us which pattern your order describes and roughly how the clause is worded; that is what makes the parser better for the next person.
Can the other parent see my journal or my check-in locations?: No. Locations never leave your phone at all, and your journal, incidents and photographs are not visible to a connected parent. They see messages, schedule proposals and reimbursement requests, and nothing else.
Does the other parent have to pay too?: No. Family is one payment for both parents — the second parent joins without a subscription of their own.
Can I use a report in court?: You can export it and do as you like with it, and its digest lets anyone check the file has not been edited since you made it. Whether a court accepts it, and what weight it gives it, is for the court. We make no claim about that.

Willowpath

Do I have to pay to read my plan?: No. The whole plan and every letter are readable in full for free. The purchase unlocks the tools — ticking tasks off, the tracker, letters filled in from your case, the assistant beyond its free questions, and the report.
My plan has a task that does not apply to me.: Mark it "doesn't apply" and it leaves your list. The plan is built to show a task you might not need rather than hide one you do — an extra task costs a tap, a missing one can cost a benefit nobody claims.
Does the assistant know who I am?: No. A question carries the question itself, the shape of your situation, and which tasks are in your plan. No names, no dates, no address, no Social Security number. The one exception is a photograph you attach on purpose — that is read to answer the question.
A letter has [square brackets] in it.: That is a value you have not entered yet, left visible on purpose so it gets noticed and filled rather than silently dropped. Fill it in before you send.
Is this a subscription?: No. One payment, per store account, and it stays unlocked.

VEER

Is it supposed to be this hard?: Yes. Every corridor is proven passable by a solver before you see it, so a clean run always exists — but most runs end inside a minute, and that is the game. The first tier is the tutorial; going straight is the skill.
I bought an ink and it is not showing.: Open the Ink screen or Settings and use Restore purchases, signed into the Apple account you bought with. Inks are tied to your Apple account. Tiers you have reached also unlock their ink for free, on the device where you reached them.
What does a tip actually buy?: A supporter mark next to your nickname on the leaderboards, and our gratitude. Nothing else — no physics, no score, no advantage. That is a promise, not a current setting.
My score is not on the leaderboard.: A score counts only after the server re-simulates your run from its raw inputs, which needs a network connection and usually takes seconds. If you were offline, the run uploads on the next launch. Only runs that beat your own best are uploaded at all.
How do I turn the sound off?: Settings → sound. The silent switch is always respected too — flip it and the game goes quiet without touching any setting.

PULSE

Is it supposed to be this hard?: Yes. The first rings of every run open where you are drifting, so the opening teaches itself — everything after that is the game. Most runs end inside a minute; the restart takes half a second on purpose.
When does the Daily Challenge reset?: At midnight UTC. Everyone in the world gets the same sequence of rings for the whole day, retries are unlimited, and your best attempt stands on the daily leaderboard until the next seed.
My records did not follow me to a new phone.: Records travel through your own iCloud: sign the new device into the same Apple Account with iCloud enabled and launch the game once. Leaderboard scores are part of your Game Center profile and follow it.
What is the translucent dot flying next to me?: The ghost of your best run, replayed in real time. In the Daily it dodges exactly the rings you see. Settings → ghost turns it off.
I bought a theme and the game still looks the same.: A purchase unlocks a cosmetic; equipping it is a tap on the item in the Shop. If it shows as locked on a new device, use Restore Purchases in the Shop, signed into the Apple account you bought with. Cosmetics never change the difficulty — that is the point.

VOIDRUN

Is it supposed to be this hard?: Yes. The first three gates of every run are wide and slow so the drag teaches itself; everything after that tightens forever. Runs last seconds, the restart takes half of one, and the hitbox is smaller than the ship looks — if it felt close, it was.
When does the Daily Run reset?: At midnight UTC. Everyone in the world flies the same tunnel for the whole day, retries are unlimited, and your best attempt stands on the daily leaderboard until the next seed.
What is the translucent ship flying beside me?: The ghost of your best run, replayed in real time. It flies your exact line and pops where your record ended — that is the point to beat. Settings → Best-run ghost turns it off.
The tunnel went dark — is that a bug?: That is a dark zone: once per sector the rings fade to silhouettes and only the gap edges and the lasers stay lit. It announces itself with a DARK ZONE flash and a falling tone, and ends on its own.
I bought a skin and the ship looks the same.: A purchase unlocks a cosmetic; equipping it is a tap on EQUIP in the HANGAR. If it shows as locked on a new device, use Restore Purchases at the bottom of the HANGAR, signed into the Apple account you bought with. Skins never change speed, score or difficulty — that is the point.
My best score did not follow me to a new phone.: The best score travels through your own iCloud: sign the new device into the same Apple Account with iCloud enabled and launch the game once. Leaderboard scores are part of your Game Center profile and follow it.

INFERRA

The game never told me the rules.: Correct — that is the game. Every board obeys a hidden Law of one to four rules; the seals after each submit tell you how many rules your marking satisfied, never which. Probing cheaply and reasoning from the counts is the entire skill.
When does the Daily Trial reset?: At midnight UTC. The whole world gets the same puzzle, and your first solve is final — attempts and time are recorded the moment you crack it, so probe deliberately.
Why can I not improve my daily score?: By design: one result per day per player, and the first stands. It keeps the leaderboard honest — nobody can grind the same puzzle into a perfect line.
How do ranks work?: Ranks depend only on how many submissions you needed, scaled to the number of laws: ORACLE for a first-try solve, then S, A, B, C. Time never affects your rank — it only breaks ties on the leaderboard.
My name was rejected.: Names are 3–16 English letters, digits or underscores, filtered for offensive content on the device and again on the server. Pick something the filter cannot read as a slur — and note the leaderboard shows it to everyone.
What does INFERRA Complete actually buy?: More puzzle, never more power: the Gauntlet beyond level 24, Endless tiers 4–5, the archive of past dailies and four themes. No hints, no extra submissions, nothing that touches scores. Use Restore Purchases in the settings on a new device.
I played a past daily from the archive — where is my rank?: Archive runs are off the record on purpose: no streak, no leaderboard, no global stats. The competition happened on that day; the archive is for the hunt itself.
