This Privacy Policy explains how P and A LLC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan and trading as Panda LLC, handles your information when you play the PULSE mobile application (the “App” — listed on the App Store as “PULSE — Rhythm Reflex”) and use the pages of this website about it.
Contact for privacy matters: privacy@pandallc.dev.
The short version
- PULSE has no sign-up, no account and no server of ours. We operate no backend for it.
- Your records stay on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud — where we cannot read them.
- Leaderboards and achievements are Game Center, operated by Apple under your Apple Account.
- Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details.
- No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics, no data sold or shared — because no data is collected in the first place.
What stays on your device
Your best times, daily results, ghost recordings (a ghost is a list of positions from your best run — rhythm, not identity), unlocked cosmetics and settings are stored locally by the App. Delete the App and they are gone.
What lives in your own iCloud
If your device is signed into iCloud, the App mirrors your best time, your run count and your daily best into iCloud key-value storage so they follow you to a new device. This storage belongs to your Apple Account and sits on Apple’s infrastructure; it never passes through us, and we have no way to read it. Apple’s handling of iCloud data is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Game Center is optional
If you are signed into Game Center, the App submits your scores to Apple’s leaderboards and reports achievement progress. Your leaderboard identity — nickname and avatar — is your Game Center profile, created and controlled in iOS Settings, under Apple’s terms. If you are not signed in, the game simply plays without leaderboards; nothing else changes.
Purchases
Cosmetic items and tips are processed entirely by the Apple App Store. The App receives Apple’s signed confirmation of what was bought and unlocks the corresponding cosmetic on the device. We receive no name, no address and no payment details, and we run no server that could store them.
What we do not do
We show no advertising, embed no third-party SDKs, run no analytics, and make no network requests of our own from the App. The App requests no location, no contacts, no photos, no microphone and no notifications. There is nothing to opt out of, because nothing is switched on.
This website
The pages of this site are served by Google Firebase Hosting, which records standard, short-lived access logs — IP address, requested page, timestamp — needed to operate and secure the hosting. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Children
PULSE is rated 4+. It collects no personal data from anyone, children included. Game Center for child accounts is governed by Apple’s family settings.
Changes
If a future version of the App changes any of the above — for example, by adding an online feature that needs a server — this policy will be updated first, with the date at the top, and the change will be visible in the App’s update notes.
Your rights
Privacy laws in various places (GDPR, CCPA and others) give you rights over personal data an organization holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to produce, correct or erase — your data sits on your device and in your own Apple Account. For data held by Apple (Game Center, iCloud, purchase history), Apple’s privacy tools at privacy.apple.com are the right door. If you believe we are wrong about any of this, write to us and we will answer plainly.
