Privacy Policy

For the VEER app and the pages of this site about it.Last updated: 22 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how P and A LLC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan and trading as Panda LLC, handles your information when you play the VEER mobile application (the “App” — listed on the App Store as “VEER: One Touch Arcade”) and use the pages of this website about it.

The short version

  • No sign-up. The App creates an anonymous account and works from first launch.
  • What leaves your phone is a game run: input timestamps and a score. Nothing else about you.
  • No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics, nothing sold or shared.
  • Delete everything from inside the App: Settings → delete account.

What we collect

An anonymous account. On first launch the App creates an account with a random identifier so your best scores can sit on a leaderboard and survive a lost phone. It contains no name, no email address and no password.

Your runs. When a run beats your own best, the App uploads it: the sequence of touch timestamps that steered the dot, the seed of the corridor, and the score. Our server replays the run from those inputs to verify the score before it appears on a leaderboard. A run is rhythm and arithmetic — it contains nothing about you beyond how well you played.

A nickname, if you choose one. Leaderboards show you as “anonymous” until you pick a name. The name is public next to your scores; pick accordingly.

Purchase information. Cosmetic inks and tips are processed by the Apple App Store. We receive Apple’s signed confirmation of the transaction — which product, when — and verify it on our server. We never see your payment details. Tips additionally set a supporter mark on your leaderboard entry; that is their entire effect.

Technical data. Our infrastructure providers automatically record basic technical logs — IP address, device type, timestamps — needed to operate and secure the service. These rotate automatically.

Sign in with Apple is optional

Playing, uploading scores and buying inks all work anonymously. Signing in with Apple does one thing: it links your account so your bests follow you to a new device. You can use Apple’s “Hide My Email” — we make no use of your email address either way. Unlinking is part of account deletion.

What we do not do

We show no advertising, run no third-party analytics SDK, do not track you across apps or websites, and do not sell or share data with anyone. The App requests no location, no contacts, no photos and no microphone. The Lock Screen widget and Live Activity are rendered on your device from data already on it.

Where the data lives

Leaderboards and runs are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication and Cloud Functions, EU region), which processes data on our behalf under its own security commitments. Your local bests, settings and replays live on your device and in your device backups.

Children

The App is rated 4+. It collects nothing about any player beyond what is described above, has no chat, and shows no content from other players except nicknames and scores on leaderboards.

Deletion

Settings → delete account removes your cloud scores, tips, nickname and any Apple link, immediately and permanently. Local bests stay on your device only. If you cannot open the App, write to us — the account is anonymous, so include your leaderboard nickname or the approximate dates and scores of your best runs so we can find it. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days, and normally much sooner.

What is kept afterwards

Purchase records held for accounting and tax purposes, and short-lived technical logs. Purchases themselves live in your Apple account, not ours, and can be restored by Apple on any device.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the new version is posted here with a new date, and material changes are noted in the App’s release notes.
