These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and P and A LLC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan and trading as Panda LLC, and govern your use of the PULSE mobile application (the “App” — listed on the App Store as “PULSE — Rhythm Reflex”) and the pages of this website about it. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. What PULSE is
PULSE is a rhythm-reflex arcade game. A particle orbits a core, rings close in on the beat, and one hit ends the run. It is deliberately, honestly difficult; frustration is part of the product and not a defect. The App requires no account and operates no server of ours — see the Privacy Policy for what that means for your data.
2. Purchases are cosmetic, and say so
The App is free. It sells two things:
Cosmetics are color themes, particle skins and soundtrack timbre packs. They change how the game looks and sounds for you, and nothing else. Tips are voluntary one-off payments whose entire effect is our gratitude.
No purchase changes the speed, the ring patterns, the score, the difficulty or the leaderboards, and we will not release one that does. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store under your agreement with Apple; refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cosmetics are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on any device signed into it.
3. Game Center
Leaderboards and achievements are provided through Apple’s Game Center under your Apple Account and Apple’s terms. Your nickname there is chosen and controlled through iOS, not through us. Scores are results of play; we reserve the right to ask Apple to remove entries that plainly did not come from playing the game.
4. Intellectual property
The App, its name, its code, its generated art and its synthesized sound are ours. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play. Recording, streaming and publishing your gameplay is welcome, monetized or not — attribution appreciated, never required.
5. Acceptable use
Do not decompile, cheat, tamper with score submission, or use the App in ways that break the law of wherever you are. Given the App holds no account of yours, our practical remedy is limited and proportionate: asking Apple to remove illegitimate leaderboard entries.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and limit our total liability to the amount you paid us through the App in the twelve months before a claim — which, if you bought nothing, is zero. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights you may have under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; the date above always reflects the current version. A material change will be visible in the App’s update notes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.
