Privacy Policy

For the NULL VECTOR app and the pages of this site about it.Last updated: 3 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how P and A LLC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan and trading as Panda LLC, handles information when you use NULL VECTOR (the “App”) and the pages of this website about it. It describes the current 0.29 development version for iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Contact for privacy matters: support@pandallc.dev.

The short version

  • The game works offline and requires no game account. It has no advertising, in-app purchases, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs.
  • Progress, settings and the last saved replay stay in local storage. The App does not send them to us or provide cloud sync, Game Center or an online leaderboard.
  • Support email, TestFlight and this website are separate. They can process information as described below, even though the game itself has no network service.

What stays on your device

The App saves campaign progress, unfinished attempts, records, language and control preferences, sound and haptics settings, and replay data on your device. A replay is a record of game state and inputs used to reconstruct an attempt. It is not a video, screen or microphone recording.

The App does not ask for your name, email address or payment details. It does not access your contacts, location, camera or microphone, and does not use an advertising identifier or track you across other apps and websites. We do not sell game data or use it for targeted advertising.

Local storage may be included in operating-system backups, depending on your device and backup settings. That is different from an in-game cloud-sync feature. We do not receive those backups or have remote access to your local saves.

If you test through TestFlight

If you install a beta through Apple’s TestFlight, Apple automatically shares crash logs and usage information with us. Reports may include device and operating-system details, app versions, performance information and testing activity. TestFlight also lets you voluntarily send comments and screenshots; these may contain personal information. For testers invited by email, feedback details include the invitation email address. Testers joining through a public link choose whether to provide an email address. Apple explains these distinctions in its tester feedback guide. We use beta reports to investigate problems and improve the game.

This is part of TestFlight, rather than an analytics SDK embedded in NULL VECTOR. Apple’s terms do not offer an opt-out from TestFlight’s automatic beta diagnostics while using the service. See TestFlight’s terms and data disclosures and Apple’s Privacy Policy.

If you contact support

An email to us includes your email address, the message and any attachments you choose to send. We and the email services delivering and storing the correspondence process that information to answer you and investigate the issue. The App does not attach saves or replays automatically. Please send only information relevant to your request.

We retain correspondence and beta reports we receive for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the issue, follow up on the request and meet applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the nature of the request; you can ask us about a particular message or report.

This website

These pages are served by Google Firebase Hosting. The hosting service processes technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver the site, detect abuse and provide hosting usage information. Google’s current documentation says Hosting retains IP data for a few months. Its infrastructure may process data in countries other than yours. Details are in Firebase’s privacy documentation and Google’s Privacy Policy.

These pages set no cookies and include no advertising or client-side analytics scripts. Fonts are served from this website; your browser does not contact a third-party font service to load them. Following an external link takes you to a service governed by its own privacy policy.

Storage and deletion

Local progress remains until the App replaces it during normal use or you remove the stored data. Restarting a duel does not erase all progress, and there is currently no single in-game “delete all data” control.

On iPhone and iPad, Delete App removes its local app data; Offload App keeps that data. On Mac, removing the application itself may leave its support files and preferences behind. Backup copies are managed separately through your operating system or backup service. Contact us if you need help locating local game data; we cannot erase it remotely.

Removing the App does not delete support correspondence or beta reports already sent to us or Apple. To ask about, access, correct or request deletion of personal information we hold, write to support@pandallc.dev. We handle requests under applicable law, including any requirements to retain particular records. Apple and Google apply their own retention rules to information they control; Apple’s privacy requests can be made at privacy.apple.com.

Children and your rights

The App has no account, chat or personal profile for children or adults. TestFlight has its own age and parental-consent rules. A parent or guardian can contact us about personal information submitted by a child through support or beta feedback.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing depends on it, and complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Contact us using the address above to exercise rights relating to information we hold.

Changes

The current policy is published here with its update date. If the game’s information practices change, we will update this page and provide any additional notice or consent required by law.
