This Privacy Policy explains how P and A LLC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan and trading as Panda LLC, handles your information when you play the VOIDRUN mobile application (the “App” — listed on the App Store as “VOIDRUN — Neon Rush”) and use the pages of this website about it.

The short version
- No sign-up, no account, and — unusually — no server of ours at all. VOIDRUN has no backend.
- The one thing processed off your device by a service working for us is purchase confirmations, handled by RevenueCat under a random anonymous identifier, so your skins can be restored.
- No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics, nothing sold or shared.
- Game Center and iCloud are Apple’s services, used only if you use them.
What is processed, and by whom
Purchase information. Cosmetic skins and the Supporter Pack are sold through the Apple App Store. To deliver a purchase and make “Restore Purchases” work, the App uses RevenueCat, a purchases service that acts as our processor. RevenueCat receives Apple’s signed confirmation of the transaction — which product, when — filed under a random anonymous identifier created on your device. It is not your name, not your email, not your Apple ID, and it is not used for advertising or tracking. We never see your payment details; neither does RevenueCat.
Nothing else leaves your device on our behalf. Your best scores, your settings, your chosen skin and the recording of your best run that powers the in-game ghost all live on your device and in your device backups.
Apple’s services, on Apple’s terms
Game Center is optional. If you are signed into it, your scores appear on the VOIDRUN leaderboards and your achievements are recorded — under your Game Center profile, governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. We operate no leaderboard servers of our own.
iCloud. Your best score syncs between your own devices through your personal iCloud account’s key-value storage. It never passes through us, and we could not read it if we wanted to.
What we do not do
We show no advertising, run no analytics SDK, do not track you across apps or websites, and do not sell or share data with anyone. The App requests no location, no contacts, no photos, no microphone and no notifications permission. The Live Activity on your Lock Screen is rendered on your device from data already on it. The App never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission because there is nothing to track.
Children
The App is rated 4+. It has no chat, shows no content from other players beyond Game Center’s own leaderboards, and collects nothing about any player beyond the anonymous purchase record described above.
Deletion
There is no account to delete, because there is none. Purchase records held by RevenueCat under the anonymous identifier can be deleted on request — write to us and we will pass the deletion through; note that this makes restoring those purchases impossible. Everything else is on your device: deleting the App deletes it. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days, and normally much sooner.
What is kept afterwards
Records of purchases retained for accounting and tax purposes. The purchases themselves live in your Apple account, not ours, and can be restored by Apple on any device.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the new version is posted here with a new date, and material changes are noted in the App’s release notes.
