These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and P and A LLC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan and trading as Panda LLC, and govern your use of the INFERRA mobile application (the “App”) and the pages of this website about it. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. What INFERRA is
INFERRA is a logic puzzle game. Every board is governed by hidden rules; the game reports only how many rules a submitted marking satisfied, and deducing the rest is the product. It is deliberately, honestly difficult and explains almost nothing on purpose; that opacity is a design decision and not a defect.
2. Purchases sell content, never advantage
The App is free and the Daily Trial is free forever. The one-time INFERRA Complete purchase unlocks additional content — deeper campaign levels, harder endless tiers, an archive of past dailies and cosmetic themes. The tip purchases do nothing at all except support development. No purchase grants hints, extra submissions, or anything that affects scores or leaderboards, and none ever will. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; restore them on a new device with the Restore Purchases button.
3. The leaderboard and your display name
Solving the Daily Trial places your result — and, if you set one, your chosen display name — on a public worldwide leaderboard. A day’s first result is final; that is a rule of the competition. You agree not to choose a name that is offensive, impersonates another person or entity, or evades the App’s name filter. We may remove or reset names and leaderboard entries that break this rule, are produced by cheating or exploitation, or otherwise damage the integrity of the competition — this is our only moderation power and we use it for nothing else.
4. Fair play
Submitting scores by any means other than playing the App — tampering with network requests, falsifying results, or exploiting defects — is prohibited. We may remove such entries and block the associated anonymous identifier from the leaderboard.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its name, its generated boards, sounds and visual design are our property or generated by our code. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play; they transfer no ownership.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that your local law grants you and does not allow to be limited.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the App, these Terms, or discontinue the leaderboard service; the current Terms always live at this page with the date above updated. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
